Remember
Create a nutrition journal now.  It does not have to be fancy.  Buy a cheap spiral notebook at the store and begin to write down when, what and how much you eat.

You can also use it to track your current physical activity.  Your personal trainer or a dietitian will ask you to start a journal so you may get ahead of the game and start now.
