basically teaches you how much, and what you should eat
using a point system. The point system is like a fun
game in which you proportion the food you eat correctly to
keep your points low. You find foods that are low in
points which happen to be healthy and eat more of them.

Nutrisystem is a diet program where you pay a monthly fee
and they send you the food. The food is all low
glycemic food to keep your blood sugar levels stable.
They also call for you to purchase fresh fruit and
vegetables to complete some of their meals. Past
clients who have had success with Nutrisystem have stuck to
the plan. If you eat the food they provide as well as
eating out often, your Calories will be over what will help
you lose weight. |

Diet
The Medifast diet is a low carb, low calorie diet plan.
You pay nothing to join the program. What you pay for
is their food. The diet claims to put you in a state
of mild ketosis in which your body is forced to burn fat.
If followed correctly the weight will come off fairly

be a challenge to keep your weight low as eating like this

would only recommend it to people who can strictly remain
faithful to it as well as people who are looking for short
