Critique:
When I read "Even though pregnancy is

attention," I chuckled a bit. This
article does not fit in with my
experience with training pregnant women.
Pregnant women can perform most
resistance training exercises, just not
to full intensity. It helps ease
the birth and aid recovery. Heavy
weights, Valsalva (straining) maneuver
and lying supine (flat on back)
exercises are not to be done though.
