Are You Getting the Most out of your Resistance Training Program?

In the past, the term resistance training was used synonymously with weight training.

This is not entirely correct because you can resistance train with or without "weights."

Different forms of resistance include the following and more:

  • Resistance tubes
  • Bungee cords
  • Dumbbells
  • Barbells
  • Weight Plates
  • Medicine Balls
  • Bosu Balls

All fitness program should undoubtedly include resistance training. Proper instruction is important.  If you start without the proper knowledge of form and posture you may do more harm than good in the future.
