Your fitness consultation gives us both an opportunity to meet. The consultation is actually an evaluation which typically takes about 45 minutes – 1 hour to complete. I like to touch on previous workout history, any medical conditions or restrictions that you may have, and any goals that you have set for yourself. I also like to use this evaluation to establish baseline for your performance. I will determine your current level of fitness based on a series of strength, flexibility, range of motion test, and measure your muscle to body fat ratio with the worlds first 3D body scanner by Naked Labs. The evaluation will allow me to come up with the best course of action to help you obtain your fitness goals, whatever they may be. Prices for personal training vary depending on the duration of the training program recommended.
